PRIVACY NOTICE
How we handle your data.
This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit luxafloorcare.com and of people who contact us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Last updated: 30 September 2026.
1. Data controller
Dragoservice s.r.l., operating under the LUXA Floorcare brand. Registered office: via Liceo Convitto 52, Modica (RG), Italy. VAT number IT01857880882.

2. What data we collect
Data you give us: name, company, email, phone, area, links and messages you write in the forms on the site or when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and the photos of surfaces you choose to send us.
Technical browsing data: to run the site, servers automatically record data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. Framer’s basic statistics are anonymous and cookie-free. If you accept cookies in the banner, we also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel: details are in the Cookie policy.
3. Why we process it
— To answer your requests for an assessment, a quote or information: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
— To evaluate partnership proposals and applications sent through the Partnerships form: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) and the consent you give us in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
— To carry out the agreed work and meet legal obligations, for example tax obligations: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
— To measure statistically how the site is used, with Google Analytics, and to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads work, with the Meta Pixel: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie policy.
— To ensure the site works properly and securely: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We don’t send newsletters and we don’t sell your data to anyone.
4. Who receives it
We process data with electronic tools and appropriate measures to protect it. It can only be accessed by the LUXA staff who handle your request and by the providers we need to do so:
— Framer B.V., which hosts the site;
— Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics statistics, only if you accept cookies;
— Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, for the Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies. For collecting and transmitting this data, LUXA and Meta are joint controllers; Meta then processes it under its own privacy policy;
— Google, which provides the site’s fonts (Google Fonts): to load them your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address;
— Netsons, our hosting and email provider, which receives the requests sent through the site’s forms, including photos, and the messages you send us by email;
— WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, under that service’s terms.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union: in that case the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep request data for as long as needed to reply and to manage any relationship that follows. If no relationship starts, we delete it when it’s no longer needed.
Documents related to completed work, such as accepted quotes and invoices, are kept for the period required by law, normally 10 years.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format (portability). If you gave us your consent, you can withdraw it at any time: withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
To exercise these rights, write to info@luxafloorcare.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work: in Malta, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
7. Required data
Giving us your data is optional, but without contact details we can’t reply to you.
8. Changes
