Grout, cement residue and films can hide the real finish of a floor. We identify the residue and choose the right cleaning cycle.

The material first, then the product.
Porcelain, terracotta and natural stone react differently. Choosing the cleaner starts with identifying the surface and the residue: cement-based, epoxy, grease or construction film.

A test avoids working blind.
We check compatibility, dilution and contact time on a limited area. Marble and acid-sensitive materials need specific cycles.

Removal, rinsing, inspection.
The job includes the right mechanical action, collecting the residue and rinsing. The final check helps tell remaining dirt apart from a possible defect in the finish.
